Prior to joining ATN, he spent 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico, including the last six years as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw operations in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, significantly scaling the business through organic growth initiatives and acquisitions.
