The net proceeds from the IPO aggregated to approximately $306.5 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and expenses payable in connection with the offering. Shares of Class A common stock began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "BRCB" on September 12, 2025. Balance Sheet & Liquidity Cash and Cash Equivalents of $32.6 million and Total Term Debt of $18.9 million. As of September 30, 2025, the Company had repaid $30 million under its $50 million term loan facility resulting in $20 million of outstanding borrowings at the end of the period.
