Effective immediately, Ms. Shieh will oversee the strategic management of the firm’s private real estate portfolio, focusing on value creation and performance optimization. Experience and Background of Diana Shieh
Ms. Shieh brings over 20 years of extensive experience in real estate investment and operations to Cohen & Steers. Prior to joining the company, she was the Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Asset Management at Oxford Properties Group. There, she successfully established a national asset management department, overseeing a $20 billion U.S. portfolio across various sectors including office, retail, residential, and alternative assets.
Before her role at Oxford, she served as global Co-Head of Portfolio & Asset Management at Madison International Realty, managing an impressive portfolio amounting to over $8 billion in assets under management (AUM), covering both domestic and international investments.
