This agreement is set to take effect on January 13, 2026, and will run until at least July 5, 2027, with a maximum potential duration extending to September 5, 2027.

The time charter for the m/v Maia has a gross charter rate of US$14,000 per day, subject to a 5.00% commission paid to third parties. The new charter represents an increase from the previous rate of US$11,600 per day, minus the same commission structure. This charter is expected to generate an estimated US$7.45 million in gross revenue during the minimum scheduled period.
