The agreement involves one of its Ultramax dry bulk vessels, the m/v DSI Altair, and is set to commence on January 17, 2026.

The gross charter rate for the DSI Altair is set at US$14,750 per day, with a 5.00% commission payable to third parties. The contract will remain effective until at least January 15, 2027, and may extend to a maximum of March 30, 2027. Over the minimum charter duration, the vessel is expected to generate approximately US$5.30 million in gross revenue.
