In this capacity, she was responsible for developing HR strategies for a region that encompasses over 300 employees and manages approximately $30 billion in assets.
With a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years in human resources leadership, Ms. Fixler is well-equipped to address workforce strategies in large, complex organizations. She also has a history of leadership roles at AbbVie and General Electric, where she was instrumental in cultivating high-performance teams and fostering inclusive cultures.
