Recent Developments Impacting ORGO

On December 26, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced the withdrawal of final Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) associated with skin substitute grafts, as well as cellular and tissue-based products. These determinations were set to be implemented next year but are no longer in effect.

Analysts have indicated that the absence of these LCDs is likely to intensify competition for Organogenesis, exposing the Company to more than 300 additional market participants.

Following this announcement, Organogenesis’s stock price experienced a significant decline, dropping $0.59 per share, equivalent to a 10.14% reduction. The stock closed at $5.28 per share on December 30, 2025.
