Registration for the upcoming school year begins now in participating KinderCare Learning Centers nationwide
KinderCare today announced that registration for public pre-kindergarten programs is open for participating KinderCare Learning Centers nationwide.
KinderCare supports 19 state public pre-K programs around the country, all of which offer a free or low-cost pre-K program for four-year-olds. KinderCare's highly qualified teachers are trained to help children learn vital academic and social skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and resolving conflicts, which help prepare them for elementary school. KinderCare programs also provide families with part-time and full-time options, as well as extended hours to help meet families' unique needs.
"Public pre-K programs serve as an important early education experience for children and are a lifeline to many working parents," said KinderCare's Chief Academic Officer, Dr. Marquita Davis. "We have a legacy of supporting America's working families and are proud to support these programs. And unlike many state programs, which offer only a few hours of instruction, we provide the option of extended care, giving working families the flexibility they need to provide care for a full workday."
KinderCare also partners with federal and state agencies, the military and employers to provide families with access to a variety of tuition subsidies. This support helps families focus on work with confidence and peace of mind. KinderCare is proud to support families who rely on subsidies and has dedicated staff to help them navigate the qualification process.
