(described herein as “Navigator Gas” or the “Company”) (NYSE: NVGS), the owner and operator of the world’s largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, today announces that its 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at 09:00 A.M. local time on June 16, 2025, at the offices of Baker Botts LLP, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York, 10112, U.S.A. The record date for voting at the Annual Meeting is set as May 5, 2025. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders will vote on the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm.
