MONTRÉAL, Jan. 6, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - OR Royalties Inc. (OR: TSX & NYSE) has released its preliminary results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. The update includes figures on gold equivalent ounces (GEOs) delivered, record revenues, cash margins, and debt positions as of December 31, 2025. All figures are presented in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

Preliminary Q4 and Full Year 2025 Results

In Q4 2025, OR Royalties achieved 21,735 GEOs, bringing the total for 2025 to 80,775 GEOs. This performance falls within the company's guidance range of 80,000-88,000 GEOs.

For the fourth quarter, the company reported record preliminary revenues from royalties and streams of $90.5 million, with the cost of sales (excluding depletion) estimated at $2.6 million. This led to a substantial quarterly cash margin of approximately $87.9 million, or 97.2%.
