His previous roles include serving as divisional CIO and Head of Digital Technology at Kimberly-Clark across Europe and Latin America, where he successfully drove critical business turnarounds, significantly boosting operating profits.

His academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College. Zelikovsky is also an author and has served as an adjunct professor at Purdue University, teaching courses in e-Commerce Strategy and Operations.
