Preliminary Results for the Fourth Quarter Net sales increased 6.8% to approximately $159.0 million, compared to $148.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. In the U.S., net sales increased 21.6% to approximately $96.1 million, compared to $79.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. The company now expects adjusted EBITDA1 to be between $6.0 million and $6.2 million in the fourth quarter, compared to $1.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. Preliminary Results for the Full Year 2024 Net sales increased 5.2% to approximately $574.7 million, compared to $546.3 million for fiscal year 2023. Net sales in the U.S. increased 16.9% to approximately $368.8 million, compared to $315.5 million for fiscal year 2023. The company now expects adjusted EBITDA1 to be between $23.0 to $23.2 million for the full year 2024, compared to $13.8 million for fiscal year 2023. “Our strong fourth quarter preliminary results exceeded our expectations on both the top and bottom lines,” said Ciaran Long, Chief Executive Officer. “Net sales increased 6.8% to $159 million, with notable strength in our U.S. business where sales grew 21.6% to $96 million.
