(NASDAQ: ADV) (“Advantage,” “Advantage Solutions,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our”), a leading business solutions provider to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers, today reported financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2025. Unless otherwise noted, results presented in this release are from continuing operations, and comparisons are on a prior year basis. Revenues for the three months were $822 million compared with $861 million, and net loss was $56 million compared to a net loss of $50 million. Q1 2025 Financial Highlights► Revenues declined 5% to $822 million. Adjusted EBITDA declined 18% to $58 million.► The majority of the financial impact was due to intentional client exits and anticipated transformation spending.
