(Nasdaq: ATHR) (“Aether” or the “Company”), an emerging financial technology platform company that offers proprietary research analytics, announced that it expects to be added as a member of the Russell Microcap® Index, effective after the U.S. market opens on June 30 as part of the 2025 Russell indexes reconstitution. Each index within the Russell U.S. Indexes is reconstituted each year to capture the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks as of Wednesday, April 30, ranking them by total market capitalization and grouping them according to certain criteria. Membership in the Russell Microcap® Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes.
