(NYSE: AIG) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 3.900% Notes Due 2026 (CUSIP 026874DH7 / ISIN US026874DH71) (the “Notes”) on June 26, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”). On the Redemption Date, AIG will pay to the registered holders of the Notes a redemption price equal to the sum of the principal amount of Notes held by such holder, accrued and unpaid interest thereon and a customary “make-whole” premium calculated in accordance with the indenture governing the Notes. As of May 15, 2025, $236,160,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes were outstanding. This press release does not constitute a notice of redemption of the Notes.
