Yasir started his career in software engineering at Microsoft Corporation, leading teams building commercial software for customers worldwide. This was followed by 15 years of progressive leadership roles in finance, including investment banking and M&A at Morgan Stanley, and FP&A at Alaska Airlines. Prior to joining Alaska Communications, Yasir served as CFO of Guardian Security Systems, where he led finance and operations teams through a period of transformative growth. His experience spans multiple sectors, including security, transportation, logistics and technology. “We’re pleased to welcome Yasir to Alaska Communications,” said Paul Fenaroli, president and CEO, Alaska Communications. “There is a lot of opportunity in front of us and Yasir will play a key role in our growth and success.
