Amphenol Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results

WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) today reported record fourth quarter and full year 2024 results. “We are pleased to have closed 2024 with record fourth quarter sales and Adjusted Diluted EPS, both exceeding the high end of our guidance,” said Amphenol President and Chief Executive Officer, R. Adam Norwitt. “Sales increased from prior year by 30%, driven by robust organic growth in the IT datacom, mobile networks, commercial air, mobile devices, broadband and defense markets, as well as contributions from the Company’s acquisition program. For the full year, sales increased by 21%, with robust organic growth in the IT datacom, commercial air, mobile devices and defense markets as well as contributions from the Company’s acquisition program. For both the quarter and full year we realized strong profitability with Adjusted Operating Margin reaching a record 22.4% and 21.7%, respectively. Adjusted Diluted EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.49 to $0.51, representing a 23% to 28% increase from the first quarter of 2024.
