(“Athene”) today announced it has agreed to sell $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior notes due 2055. The offering is expected to close on May 19, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Athene intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including capital contributions to its insurance subsidiaries to support organic growth.
