The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person (virtually) and by proxy at the Meeting was 17,736,521 common shares, representing 31.53% of Aurora's issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date. Following the Meeting, and in accordance with the Company's majority voting policy, Theresa Firestone resigned from Aurora's Board of Directors effective August 31, 2025.
