Ms. Mazen brings 25 years of experience in sales, customer experience and consumer banking strategies, including leading approaches around operations and customer experience processes for up to 1,000 retail locations.

Most recently, Ms. Mazen was Senior Vice President, Wealth & Deposit Senior Strategy Manager at Citizens Bank, where she served as a senior retail banking strategist collaborating with Wealth, Deposit and Product teams to enhance the impact of cross-functional collaboration across the retail branch network. She previously held sales execution and effectiveness roles driving consumer sales management approaches for colleagues across the bank's multiple markets. She has also served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Bank Market Leader at Bank of America after spending an additional decade with Citizens Bank in sales management and delivery roles, with a focus on training and talent development around the customer experience. Ms. Mazen founded the non-profit Women Supporting Women dedicated to supporting food insecurity and organizations devoted to aiding women in need. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States International University.
