BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR) today announced that Bruker and 10x Genomics have reached a final settlement to resolve their patent disputes and dismiss multiple litigations, with global patent cross license agreements between the two companies.
