The decrease year-over-year in revenue was due to the decline in demand for our emergency preparedness services by certain states and local governments.Cost of revenues for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2025 were $1.0 million and 1.9 million, respectively. The decrease year-over-year in cost of revenue is in line with the decrease in revenues.Gross profit for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2025 were $0.6 million and 1.3 million, respectively.SG&A expenses for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2025 were $2.0 million and $3.9 million.
