Financial Highlights for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2025 Key Financial Metrics Revenues reached $71.0 million.Net Income reached $11.2 million.Net cash provided by operating activities was approximately $3.9 million. Operating Expenses Operating expenses consist of cost of revenues, selling and marketing, general and administrative, and research and development expenses. Cost of Revenues increased by approximately $1.9 million, or 9.99%, to $20.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, from approximately $18.9 million in the prior year. This increase was attributable to higher advertising revenues. However, the Company's gross margin decreased primarily due to a reduction in service fees charged to advertising customers. The Company anticipates further increases in advertising revenues through continuous investment in its advertising business.Sales and Marketing Expenses decreased by approximately $2.3 million to $35.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, from approximately $37.6 million in the prior year.
