Circle is offering 9,600,000 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 14,400,000 shares of Class A common stock. In connection with the offering, Circle is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,600,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $24.00 and $26.00 per share.
