PROVIDENCE, R.I.--()--Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced that Beth Johnson, Vice Chair and Chief Experience Officer, will retire from the bank, effective March 3. Johnson, a member of the bank’s Executive Committee, currently oversees a portfolio that includes customer experience and digital design, data & analytics, marketing & communications, enterprise payments strategy, and the bank’s sustainability & impact programs.

Her decision to retire from the bank to focus on other endeavors comes at a time when her portfolio has been taken to the next level and is performing exceptionally well. We’ve carefully planned a smooth transition to move the Enterprise Experience functions to other senior leaders at Citizens.”
