EBITDA outlook of €10-15 million that we shared earlier this year.” Recent Events Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements On June 2nd the Company filed its 2024 annual report and on June 6th, Nasdaq informed the Company that it had regained compliance with applicable listing requirements.As a result, the Company’s securities will continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are no longer subject to a delisting process. Repurchases under the Share Buyback Plan The Company has repurchased $0.7 million of the Company’s shares at an average price of $6.89 per share under its $5.0 million authorized share buyback plan through July 30, 2025.The plan (as approved by shareholders) authorizes the Company to repurchase up to 1 million of its ordinary shares and expires on March 3, 2026.
