Repurchases under the Share Buyback Plan The Company has repurchased $0.7 million of the Company’s shares at an average price of $6.89 per share under its $5.0 million authorized share buyback plan through July 30, 2025.The plan (as approved by shareholders) authorizes the Company to repurchase up to 1 million of its ordinary shares and expires on March 3, 2026.
