(NYSE: LODE) (“Comstock” and the “Company”), today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering for the sale of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof). In connection with the offering, Comstock expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase additional common stock in an amount up to 15% of the shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants) offered in the offering, to cover over-allotments, if any. The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable and may be exercised at any time until exercised in full. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for capital expenditures associated with commercializing its first industry scale facility for Comstock Metals, development expenses, and general corporate purposes, including the payment of existing indebtedness.
