(Nasdaq: DFDV) (the “Company”), the first public company with a treasury strategy built to accumulate and compound Solana (“SOL”), today announced the acquisition of 86,307 SOL at an average price of $110.91 per SOL. This purchase represents a 4.7% increase, bringing DeFi Dev Corp.’s aggregate SOL and SOL-equivalent position to 2,195,926 SOL, valued at approximately $426 million.
