From the commencement of the ATM Program through June 30, 2025, the Company issued 806,291 subordinate voting shares in exchange for gross proceeds of $1,759,800, at an average share price of $2.13, and received net proceeds of $1,715,597 after paying commissions of $44,203 to the Agent.
