Cost of goods sold was $3.8 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024, flat from the year ago comparable quarter. Selling, general and administrative expenses were $2.8 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024, slightly higher than $2.6 million for the same period in 2023. The slight increase was primarily driven by costs associated with our warrant inducement transaction in December.
