Power 2025 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study℠.  The study evaluates retail banking customer satisfaction with national and regional banks across the United States. With an overall satisfaction index score of 745 – 68 points higher than the Texas region average – Frost ranked highest in customer satisfaction among retail banks in Texas.
