Mr. Marquez will serve as a Class III director and as a member of the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee, and the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. Mr. Smith will serve as a Class I director and a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and the Audit Committee. He is also a founder of various privately held enterprises. Mr. Smith is the former Chief Financial Officer of Helmerich & Payne (“H&P”), a position he held from June 2017 through his retirement in August 2024.
