FTI Consulting Appoints Rike Rabl as Chief Human Resources Officer
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced today that Rike Rabl has been elected as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026. This appointment comes as part of a strategic transition aimed at enhancing the firm's global human capital strategy.
Leadership Transition and Succession
Rike Rabl joined FTI Consulting in 2020 and has most recently served as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, she will oversee global talent acquisition, workforce planning, and total rewards initiatives while working closely with regional leaders to foster talent development.
Ms. Rabl succeeds Holly Paul, who served as the first CHRO since 2014, during which time she transformed the organization’s human resources function significantly. Ms. Paul will stay on in an advisory capacity.
