The 2025 Eau Claire Technical Report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and supports the disclosure made in the Company’s news release dated September 2, 2025, announcing the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment. In addition to the Qualified Persons named in the September 2, 2025 news release, Mr. Maxime Dupéré, P. Geo. of SGS Geological Services, an independent Qualified person as defined by NI 43-101, and Ms. Sarah Dean, P. Geo. of SGS Geological Services, an independent Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 were added as co-authors of the Report.
