RYE, N.Y., Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Trustees of GAMCO Natural Resources, Gold & Income Trust (NYSE:GNT) (the “Fund”) increased the annual distribution 20% to $0.72 per share, which will be paid $0.06 per share monthly, commencing with the January 2026 monthly distribution. The increase reflects the strength of the Fund’s NAV total return of 37% year to date. The Board of Trustees approved the continuation of its policy of paying monthly cash distributions. The Board of Trustees declared cash distributions of $0.06 per share for each of January, February, and March 2026. Based on current dynamics, the Fund may make distributions in excess of the Fund’s earnings. It is currently expected that distributions to common shareholders in 2025 will primarily constitute a return of capital for tax purposes.
