New business wins rose 24% year over year, and our commercial pipeline, which stands strong at $2.3 billion, is geographically diversified and scaling in high-growth sectors. We’re building from a position of strength and are primed to enter a new era of growth that delivers significant value to our customers and shareholders.” Third Quarter 2025 Results Revenue increased to $3.4 billion, up 8% year over year, compared with $3.2 billion for the third quarter 2024. Organic revenue1 grew by 4%. Net income was $60 million, compared with $35 million for the third quarter 2024. Diluted earnings per share (“EPS”) was $0.51, compared with $0.28 for the third quarter 2024. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“adjusted EBITDA1”) was $251 million, compared with $223 million for the third quarter 2024. Adjusted diluted EPS1 was $0.79, compared with $0.79 for the third quarter 2024. GXO generated $232 million of cash flow from operations, compared with $198 million for the third quarter 2024.
