Hagerty Reports Full Year 2024 Results; Provides 2025 Outlook for Revenue and Profit Growth

"2024 was another excellent year at Hagerty with 20% revenue growth fueled by a record 279,000 new members. We are also investing to improve Hagerty and become more efficient in how we deliver on our brand promise to members and maintain our industry leading net promoter score of 82. We present Adjusted EPS because we consider it to be an important supplemental measure of our operating performance and believe it is used by securities analysts, investors and other interested parties in evaluating the consolidated performance of other companies in our industry. We also believe that Adjusted EPS, which compares our consolidated Net income with our outstanding and potentially dilutive shares, provides useful information to investors regarding our performance on a fully consolidated and fully diluted basis.
