He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dime Community Bank, the successor organization to Bridgehampton National Bank (“Bridge”) after the 2021 merger between the two organizations. Mr. O’Connor had served since 2007 as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bridge where he led the Long Island-based institution through a period of meaningful organic growth and financial success. He was named as one of Long Island’s top CEOs by Long Island Business News.
