("Lantheus" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: LNTH), today announced the successful completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Life Molecular Imaging Ltd. ("Life Molecular"), a subsidiary of Life Healthcare Group Holdings Ltd ("Life Healthcare").
