We believe that the low-cost structure of the facility allows us to offer competitive pricing to our customers for a superior product, while achieving our objectives for profitability and return on investment and generating cash flow to fund future capacity expansion.Site selection nearing completion: We have narrowed site options to two locations in the Gujarat province of India. Final selection is anticipated in the second fiscal quarter.Engineering services agreement signed: In June 2025, Loop executed a $1.5 million engineering services agreement with ELITe, our India JV with Ester Industries Ltd., through which Loop will support the detailed engineering phase for the Infinite Loop™ India facility and its targeted construction start by the end of calendar 2025.
