Full Year 2024 Highlights: Net revenues for the fiscal year end December 31, 2024 were $28.2 million, down $9.0 million, or 24.2% lower year over year. Operating expenses for the fiscal year end December 31, 2024 were $31.2 million, an improvement of $9.7 million, or 23.7% lower year over year. Operating loss for the fiscal year end December 31, 2024 was $22.1 million, an improvement of $5.9 million, or 21.1% lower from the prior year. Net loss was $22.1 million, an improvement of $6.7 million, or 23.2% lower year over year. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ($1.92) an improvement of $2.22 per share year over year. 2024 Adjusted EBITDA: Our Adjusted EBITDA is a supplemental performance measure of our operations for financial and operational decision-making and is used as a supplemental means of evaluating period-to-period comparisons on a consistent basis. Adjusted EBITDA is calculated as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, excluding non-recurring transactions, and stock-based compensation. Adjusted EBITDA for the year ended December 31, 2024 amounted to a loss of $9.1 million as compared to a loss of $20.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2023.
