(NASDAQ: MMSI), a global leader of healthcare technology, announced today the appointment of Martha Aronson as Merit’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 3, 2025. Fred P. Lampropoulos will remain as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Merit through October 3, 2025. Preliminary constant currency revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, increased in the range of approximately 11% to 13% compared to the prior year period. Constant currency revenue is a non-GAAP financial measure.
