(NYSE: NGS), (“NGS” or the “Company”), a leading provider of natural gas compression equipment, technology, and services to the energy industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the first-ever quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock, or $0.40 per share of common stock on an annualized basis. This cash dividend will be paid on August 22, 2025 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 8, 2025.  Justin Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer of NGS stated, “This dividend marks a significant milestone in the history of NGS.
