It is also important to highlight that we made progress in the fourth quarter of 2024 to diversify our Newtek Bank loan portfolio with lower margin, less risky, conforming, commercial, and industrial business loans as well as current vintage multi-tenanted commercial real estate loans. We believe we can continue to diversify the loan portfolio at Newtek Bank and can do this going forward without sacrificing our ability to generate what we view as industry leading ROTCE and ROAA. We will also discuss how we intend to grow Newtek Bank's conforming CRE and C&I loans, and SBA 504 loans at a faster rate than our SBA 7(a) loans in 2025. NewtekOne's full year 2025 EPS forecast incorporates an expectation of generating $500 million of new originations in the ALP loan portfolio, another important and growing segment of our business model.
