First Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights Revenues of $51.7 million for the first quarter of 2025 were up 16.0% compared to $44.5 million for the first quarter of 2024. Gross margin was 26.7% for the first quarter of 2025 compared to 16.8% for the first quarter of 2024. GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2025 was $8.1 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $13.8 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024. Non-GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2025 was $1.9 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net loss of $8.2 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024. Outlook For the second quarter of 2025, nLIGHT expects revenues to be in the range of $53 million to $59 million.
