He was elected by shareholders at the annual shareholder meeting for Nu Skin Enterprises. “Jim adds extensive expertise in strategic planning, operations and finance from his many years of consulting experience,” said Steven J. Lund, executive chairman of the board. “He will also be an asset to our Rhyz businesses with his background in corporate transactions and advising small businesses and start-ups. We welcome Jim to the board and look forward to tapping into his insights and experience.” Winett is a managing member of SIZE Advisory Group, a full-service business advisory firm he co-founded in 2020. At SIZE he provides consulting services to companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to large enterprises. Prior to SIZE, Winett was a consultant at other firms that he founded, including DPAA Group, Inc., where he served as a managing member from 2014 to 2023. Winett began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP, where he served in both the audit and assurance group and the corporate recovery and business turnaround services group. Winett received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
