CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE) announced today that Chad Utermark, Executive Vice President of New Markets and Innovation, plans to retire effective June 7, 2025.

Mr. Utermark began his Nucor career in 1992 as a utility operator at Nucor Steel Arkansas and has worked in various positions and businesses, including as Hot Mill Manager at Nucor Steel Arkansas; Roll Mill Manager at Nucor Steel Texas; Vice President and General Manager of Nucor Steel Texas and Vice President and General Manager of Nucor-Yamato Steel Company. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2014.
