(“OET” or the “Company”) (NYSE:ECO / OSE:OET) today announced that the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (the “Annual Meeting”) was duly held on May 30, 2025 and that all proposals on the agenda were approved. At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company: (i) Elected the following eight directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected and qualified: Ioannis Alafouzos (Chair), Robert Knapp, Daniel Gold, Joshua Nemser, Charlotte Stratos, Francis “Frank” Dunne, Petros Siakotos Konstantinidis and Dimitrios Papalexopoulos; and(ii) Ratified the appointment of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. as independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2025.    Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) approved the expansion of the size of each of its standing committees, effective June 1, 2025, and designated Frank Dunne to each such committee.
