Prior to this, Ms. Mitchell was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Zogenix, where she contributed to the development and execution of the company’s strategic and operational plans while overseeing compliance, governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual matters.
